Industrial Parks

The City of Moorhead has two industrial parks: McCARA Industrial Park, which is owned by the City of Moorhead with an average lot size of two acres and larger parcels available. And Moorhead Industrial Park, a privately owned development with an average of one-half acre lots and larger parcels available.
